How do I place an Order?

There are three ways you can place your catering order online.

1.       Payment Method - Credit Card:  Order will be confirmed once payment goes through successfully. Our online payments are secure and powered by Securepay Australia Post.

Steps to Order:

-          Head to our menu pages (We have Selection of Packages or You can select from the Customized individual items)

-          Select your menu / packages

-          We have a selection of Add on’s in our packages to choose from.

-          Add items to your cart.

-          Click on ‘Cart’ on top Right

-          Login or Guest Checkout to proceed to the checkout page

-          Enter your Delivery details and select a payment method (Credit Card)

-           Place your order.

-          An Invoice will be sent to your email automatically once payment is processed successfully.

-          Please email us on [email protected] if you haven’t received the Invoice.

 

2.       Cost Centre: There is an additional payment option if you are an organization and would like to make payments monthly on the catering orders. Please speak to our friendly staff on 1800 692 283 to set up a cost centre account. Once cost centre account is created, you will be able to place an order using cost centre payment option in the checkout page for all the future orders.

 

3.       Express Orders: Do you have a last-minute order or would like to order an item that is not available on the menu? No worries, we have solution for you.


Steps to order

-          Click on the Express Orders Button on the Homepage.

-          Fill in all the required fields and enter the products that you would like to order

-          Our Managers will review and process the order.

-          An email will be sent for your approval along with Payment Options to confirm the order.

Deliveries can be made to the following locations:

  • Melbourne Metro, VIC & Bendigo, Victoria
  • Sydney Metro, NSW
  • Brisbane, QLD & Ipswich QLD
  • Hobart, Tasmania

Valid Post Codes:

  • Victoria (Melbourne) -  Range (3000 - 3207)
  • Victoria (Bendigo) -  3550, 3551, 3552, 3554, 3555, 3556
  • NSW (Sydney Metro)- Range (2000- 2010) & (2040-2050)
  • NSW (Westmead and Surroundings) - Range(2143-2152)
  • NSW (Northshore and Surroundings) - Range (2060- 2113, 2119-2122, 2153, & 2154)
  • Queensland (Redcliffee and Surroundings) - 4020, 4021, 4022
  • Queensland (Ipswich) - Range (4300-4349) 

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and the orders must be placed 24 Hours prior. We take extreme care to make sure your order arrives on the specified date; however Hospital Catering is not responsible for orders that are delayed due to circumstances out of our control.

Shipping Costs

 Free Shipping for all orders above $140. For orders below $140, there is a flat fee of $40.
